New adventure entertainment venue in Downtown Quincy seeks to give back to the tri-state region.

Axe of Caring (Acts of Caring) is Quincy Axe Company’s new giving and outreach program to help support local nonprofits, social service agencies, and religious groups by raising funds and promoting their respective missions. First event to be held in partnership with Quincy

Medical Group Foundation to support their Cancer Crush fundraiser on Friday, January 28, 2022. (Cancer Crush is scheduled for Friday, April 15, 2022).

"Axe throwing is a unique and different way to get groups of people together,” said Curtis,

Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Quincy Axe Company. “Axe of Caring allows us to host axe throwing fundraisers, as well as internal events & giving opportunities while continually supporting important missions.”

Located at 625 Maine St, Suite 102, Quincy, IL 62301, Quincy Axe Company (QAC) will help develop an event or fundraiser to raise proceeds for specific causes and needs. The QAC team will work with individuals and organizations not only to create an event or fundraiser, but also to help spread the word through QAC media platforms. With this partnership, participating organizations will be able to sell spots for an event at Quincy Axe Company and generate NET proceeds toward fundraising initiatives.

“The needs in our community are great and we want to do our best to support the work being done across our area,” said Jarid, Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Quincy Axe Company. “Raising funds and awareness for the work of our community partners is at the heart of who we are at Quincy Axe Company. We are excited to launch our Axe of Caring program with our first event in partnership with the Quincy Medical Group Foundation, and we look forward to many more events like this in the future.”
